Horse Barn, Cooler Fans, Feed Room, Tack Room, Turnout Pastures, Working Pens

The Barn

Well-ventilated two-stall shedrow barn with cooler fans
The barn is constructed of cinderblock, to provide added insulation in both Winter and Summer. When the days become especially hot & humid, just turn on the cattle cooler fans (hung above each stall) and the horses stay plenty cool. There is plenty of airflow in this shedrow barn.

The Barn

Feed room, tack room, plenty of storage
Spacious feed room located in the corner, with plenty of storage room for hay, extra feed and supplements.  The tackroom is also a good size, with built-in shelves for medicines and grooming supplies, and lots of tack hooks to store bridles and halters. There is room for saddle racks as well.

Turnout pastures have separate loafing sheds, complete with water piped to them.
